Flybe is a British low cost airline based at Exeter International Airport. Flybe started operations in 1979 as Jersey European Airways and nowadays it provides both domestic and international flights to various European destinations. Main hubs of the airline are located at the airports in Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester and Belfast.

Although Flybe belongs to low cost airlines, it has its own frequent flyer programme called Rewards4all and it provides special services for business travelers. Flybe's fleet consisted of 72 planes of different types in 2009.
